Figure I’ll just start a new thread.
32x32” closet.
400w black dog led
Fan and stuff

I got 2 bigger ones and 2 smaller ones. Can’t be picky.

Just gave them a touch of ph’d water. Going to let them spend a day or two in the closet before I think about transplanting.

Haven’t seen many Black Dog led grows it will be good to watch, good luck mate

I have questions about these, they’re clones. The branch structure seems to be alternating instead of opposites like I see in most pics of people’s plants. Is there a reason why? Also. Is there anyway of growing the 2 shorter ones at the same time as the taller ones? I thought about just topping the taller ones then trans planting at the same time. Not sure about that though. I guess they look alright, anything anyone wants to add please do.

I also picked up a few bags of happy frog today. I did 65% Ocean forest, 35% happy frog. Added a couple cups of perlite to the mix as well. Be ready to transplant when the time comes. 985569B5-D5E7-43EF-9EC5-4C31DDF45DDE.jpeg

A plant from seed will start with opposing branches and nodes at first, until it reaches sexual maturity. Most clones are from mature plants, and will have alternating nodes. You had it right.

You can train the tall one over by several methods, like tying, pinching the stem and bending, or by a higher stress method like cutting the top off. You could practice rooting a clone and equalize your plant heights.

A final thing I will add, is you can probably transplant into larger pots. It will help your growth accelerate and your foliage looks to be ready for those pots.

Thanks for the info, I did more searching and found some info on the alternating structure. I’ll probably top them, just want to give them a couple days to get used to their new environment before I start being an asshole to them. I plan on transplanting this evening. I’ll be sure to post how that goes.

Here’s some pics of them today. I’m going to say I really need some cal mag which I just got. Add a touch of nutes to their water this morning. Oh and I saw a little white something flying around. Tiny. Smaller than a pecker gnat. DC847E9F-A4E3-4290-9A68-073F6EF0FA50.jpeg Guess I’ll update this. It’s think day 18 or so.. The runt never would come around so I ditched her. I bent over the tallest and tied it down, been trying to keep it short, they’re 9-10” tall now. I’ve been spreading them out as I can. There’s a ton of growth sites on each one. I’m not going to do much to them for the next week, let them get some length on them. I’ve been plucking some fan leaves that block the growth sites. Planning to switch to flower in 2 weeks or so.. Like to scrog them, looks simple, and simple to do wrong too. They seem happy, just regular watering and some nutes.

Day 22 in the tent. Tied down the tallest plant once more to try and even the canopy out with the other 2 plants. Snipped some fan leaves off them all. Picked up a tower fan at Sams Club this weekend Much better airflow in the tent
Watered tonight, upped Calmag to 7ml still getting spots on the leaves. I’d like to switch to flower this weekend, that would be 4 weeks. Started on a smaller grow box, just want something to veg some clones or start seeds till I can get them in the tent. Need to find some sort of light that’s not a piece of shit to put in it.
