Forgot my SD card so we're working with yesterday's pics. (1) started to have some lower yellowing/red stems a bit, a few days ago, I diagnosed it using this chart and I gave it some nutrients and read up on the deficiencies
The yellow leaves should stay yellow, and newer growth should be green. (2) started playing catch up. and (3) is doing well too. Added some more soil(Thanks

not pictured though) and started giving them @ 1/2 strength food.
@Famfamillion I am by no means an expert or even knowledgeable on the subject of growing but they don't look too bad IMO. I have read, as you said, things that say cutting fan leaves is OK and things that say don't. Give it some time to recover a bit and just keep trying to make them happy and enjoy as much bud as you get. Worse case use it as a learning experience for next time.

The pic itself for (1) is a little yellow from the lights.
But you can see the bottom two leaves are yellow(The left and rightmost leaves)
