Agree with Blitz35. Looks like a nitrogen deficiency but hard to tell without more details ie. Growing medium, nutrients, lights etc.

And to add to everyone else's comments, everyone has to start somewhere. My first grow was a bunch of CFLs in a defunct shower in Home Depot potting soil. Cost about $20 total.

Mine, for weed anyways, was 21 cfl bulbs (23 watters), 9 blue and 12 red, i got on craigslist for 25$. Got some mylar wrapping from work (ice cream cases we received came wrapped in it in the summer), a couple extension cords from a discount store..50 cents a piece, and a 3$ timer. One bag of pro mix (25L), perlite (9L), and worm castings compost (5L)...30$ total for that. With an on sale fertilizer for 3$. So roughly 60$ canadian...if i hadn't starved them in flower, i'd had more than the oz and a half off 2 auto's..but it still paid itself..electricity cost about 25$. It doesn't cost much to start off, and unless it goes horrendously wrong..you'll get the money back soon enough and the learning game begins:)
