first grow was bunkkk...

what did i do wrong and what must i fix going forward??

first grow sunshine 4 soil w/ earth juice full lineup including molasses
5 tang dreams
5 lsd's
5 bubba kush clones

all 15 came out bunk imo. takes more than 2 bowls to get even semi high.
smelled awesome during flowering lots of trichomes. they looked great during veg but started to get a lot of dead fan leaves during mid flowering.
i didn't check ph at all, dumb i know. think i fucked up with the pots too. 1 gal pots and i vegged for almost 3 months and flowered for a little over 3 months.
2000 watts, temp was around 60-80 tops and humidity around 15-30, 50+ after watering.
the bud has little to no smell after drying and even 2 months of curing. turned brown too. before it was green and purple.
bummed out .. any suggestions on grow 2? thx

I'm no expert, but I think it's a problem with the strain, not your grow.

I think it could be many problems but the biggest one was probably your plants being Root Bound OUT THE ASS. 1 Gallon isnt nearly enough for 3 months of veg then to be flowered in that same pot is just asking for a disaster. I think that could have caused other problems as well.
PH isnt the most important subject in Organic grows so i cant really speak on that.
Next time transplant them into bigger pots a week or so before you put them in flowering. I ususally go in this order( Party Cup, 2 Gallon, Then Final Container Wither it be 3-5 Gallons)
AND WELCOME TO THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF GROWING lol I remember i was at the same place you are now 3 years ago. It takes practice but this hobby is not hard at all after 2-3 more harvest you will have it down

is it bad to just start out from seed into the 5 gal pot. i hate transplanting when you got 15 plants. thanks for the other advice too

Dude u did so much but u kept em in a 1 gallon for that long? I jus dont get that lol.

I made that mistake too, not re-potting is dodgy business my friend, I vegged for months... repotted into massive pots though one first day of 12/12 It really reinforced the fact that having bigger pots is deffo better and tons safer!!! good luck next time!!

Quanity and quality are affected by the grow. Potency is in the strain.

I stressed this plant, it never really recovered, grew to only 18in tall and produced less than 1/2oz. I'm trying to re-veg because, what weed it did produce was top drawer.
