first grow - week 6 thoughts.

Good morning all. I have a Caramel candy kush clone that was given to me to which I was not fully prepared for. I did buy a few items such as the felt container and a all spectrum grow light (my light setup is a little whack with 3 different sources). The grow space is in the loft of my garage in the lower northeast. It's uncontrolled for temp and humidity. It's the only place I could get the "ok" lol.

Not knowing enough and doing some basic research in the beginning I fooled around with some LST with tying down. At some point mid veg the whole plant fell over and partially dumped out. I repositioned it best I could and away we went. this plant was not given nutrients late in veg and now into flower. I can't tell if it's a mess or what. I know now I'd have uneven canapy also.

So this is week 6 (tomorrow) of flower. By now I know many mistakes I've made. This is my first grow kinda thrown together and I'd like feedback on its progress and what might be best to remove (larf?) if anything Appreciate it and I know my environment is rough so I wonder how that effected this progress.

Here is a quick video as well as the pics.

Thanks all

I do want to say I rotate the pot 1/4 ish turn a few times a day to rotate the different light sources and change the light paths.

I am impressed you have been able to keep it going in a garage attic, as mine gets super hot. Way hotter than my hoop house.

I don't really see anything worth removing. I would just leave everything on there that is left.

I read that you are about six weeks into flowering. Is that six weeks since you switched your lights to twelve hours off, or since flowering actually started? I ask because to me it looks as if they are three or four weeks into actual flowering. The first two weeks after switching to 12/12 are when the plant is rearranging hormones and such. So you shouldn't really start counting until the flowers start forming.
Also, turning the plant a quarter turn probably isn't necessary.

If you haven't fed any extra nutrients then you may want to start with something light and simple to give her a little help through flowering. At this point I would try using just a little fix farm big bloom. It's cheap and available virtually everywhere. And works well. Just used alone I would recommend 3tsp per gallon of water.

Everyone could help out more ,if you could tell us what type of medium you are growing in. And take some pictures with the blurple light turned off. It is to hard to see what the plant actually looks like with it on.

Anyway, it looks like you're going to end up at the finish line with your first grow so good job. I haven't ever tried to grow in an attic because of the temperature extremes. If I were you I'd do my best (as you seem to be) get to harvest and then try and talk my way into the basement.
I'll be looking forward to more updates. Good luck friend!

Thank you for the reply and information. So on the flowering time. It is 6 weeks today that I "Switched" to 12/12. I will try to find a pre switch picture. It amazes me also that she survived some pretty good heat and humility. I do have a "hay door" in the loft that a 20" fan is always running. I'm sure it's minimal but it's something. The medium is a cross between a couple gallons of "build a soil" BAS light 1CF" and the best shit home depot had to offer. The lights are a fishtank light, a full spectrum grow and a 100W LED. Very late into veg I started giving Dyna Grow "Grow" 7-9-5. After switching and waiting till jug was empty I switched to Bontanicare Pure blend pro "bloom soil" following the instructions on the bottle. The veg pic is at switch. The closer one is a week before.

Thanks. Appreciate the info.
