First Grow with autos

This is my first grow ever so I am growing autos in dwc. I have read a lot that autos don’t like stress but I have trained them to create an even canopy and I am just starting to see pistils on one plant so now that it’s is about to flower would a defoliation at this point cause too much stress since they are autos?

Wouldn't do a major defol since it's an auto. Maybe clean up the bottom 6 inchec of the plant.. or just let it ride.

Thanks... I think I’m leaning towards leaving it alone and continue to lst... I’m trying to get the most yield I can and I have made enough mistakes already lol

I would do a light defol on the bottom and branches that are very twiggy.i would stop training

LST is fine. prune bottom for air flow. But not much more.

And I find it is easier to water as always thank you for your time
