First grow with CFL's, Mango Haze x5

Hey guys i just started a journal but it only has one post and im just looking for feedback or a little growing confidence to pass the the time while i sit on my ass and watch the plants grow like a noob.

Thanks and there all ranging between 4-5'' right now. Currently i'm using one 68w(5600k) and one 42w(2700k) CFLs. Thinking of buying a light from a guy in my area, its a 400w mh or hps i cant remember but its $65. Good deal or no?
