10-11 weeks is about right for most strains. Plants look very close to being done but another week never hurts. I go by density once they get to this point but then again I prefer rock hard nuggets. As long as all of the pistils have turned to orange and receded back into the bud you can hang and dry. Trichomes will continue to develop long after you cut the plant; it is a chemical process.

I'd go a little longer and see how it looks, the last two photos look closer to me... but always hard to say from photos? Either way, maybe give it a few days and see how you feel about it. You can always chop based off your feeling of whether they're done.
