lol never mind this plant's genetics are short and bushy. I'm just going to keep the lights at an inch or two from top so they get more energy.

Bro... your plants look beautiful. Nice color, leaves, structure. They look healthy. Bummer about the lice... I'm sure you'll get it figured out.
I grew Hindu Kush x Skunk my first grow... I guess that's like or the same as Master Kush. I'll tell you what, my stuff definitely fits the bill on being good for pain and putting you out for a good night sleep for sure. Let them trichs get dark man... tylenol pm is no good.
And about your set up... as long as the environment is good for the plants, the rest don't matter. It seems like the plants love their environment, so rock on (green thumb indeed).
I'll be watching.

Thanks man I appreciate it alot. They are maybe lice or Hypoaspis predatory mite. I will try some soap spray.
Loving your grow op! I was amazed at your resourcefulness initially, and now even more so! You deserve a good grow. How are you going to flower? What lights how are you going to mask the smell?

Well im still not sure what to do about the smell when the time comes. Im in the basement so maybe just Lysol by the stairs going up. I can only get fresh air during 8:00am to 8:00pm then the doors have to be locked. Unfortunately Im on unemployment so I can watch my babie for the time being. The only risks I have is questions about the bill going up and pissing off my girlfriend. When the plant is a foot tall im getting new grow lights and for flowering I have a hps 400 when it gets two foot tall. LoL she will like your compliment about her ass.
a 400w HPS is about $25 a month I think. So not nothing, but not too bad either....For the smell, I'd be looking @ 1 of the DIY Carbon Filters, yet to figure out exactly what for myself yet, but it appears cheap, easy, and good job. I've got 6" ducting to work with....Keep posting, I'm following/watching/waiting/learning

Day 40 sounds huge! It's quite common to flower after 4 weeks or so of vegging, that's 28 days. Your plant looks healthy, and it looks like you'll get a few tasty colas already. I think the longer you leave it, without a lot of light, you'll end up getting less per cola, as the plant will be trying to build too many colas at the same time.
IMO I'd be flicking over to flowering at 30 days or so. It's starting to look 'ready'.
