First grow with pic and questions

Hello all im new to these wonderful forums best ive found well long story short i got the grow bug and am starting out with some bagseed to get the hang of it still trying to get this cloning thing right

ok here are my questions

first one is ive been growning this since febuary and i started getting flowers about a month ago and they dont seem to be getting any larger ive been feeding it high phosphate nutes but they seem stagnate (sp)

second question is i just got some florecant(sp) lights they are labeled sunlight and are 40 watts im running 4 of them will this be enough to grow

third question is in picture 3 sorry i couldnt get close but there seems to be 2 pods im thinking seed pods since this is the only cola with it on them

she is now 6' tall and ive only use window light

im thinking you have a hermie, prob cause stress with weak light that it is getting, tis hard to see clearly but you would have to have a male around to pollinate. sorry to give bad news, please dont chop down til you get other opinions though.or flower it properly and get less bud as you have gone this far.

i had a male in the house but chopped it when i could tell its sex it had grape like pods on it these are a little different in that the two pods have pistels coming out of them

if its a seed shaped pod with 2 hairs coming out of it it is a pre-flower, showing you it is female.

we do but not sure you should be taking over someones thread with your questions,you could start a new 1 and lots of answers will come, also check out weeds that please.

Hey guys and gals thanks for your replys ive done some research on lighting and have a few questions on my lighting in the grow room im building i was looking for t5 bulbs for my 4' hoods but all i found is t8 bulbs from what i read the lower the "T" the better each hood holds 2 bulbs and i have 2 hoods only one running at the moment the bulbs are rated at 32w 5000k 2800lumins my question is should i add the second hood or go cfl lights i plane on only 3-4 plants
