First grow

Hi everyone this is my first indoor grow from seeds. I am using FF ocean forest. Using 400 watt MH. They look kinda light green / yellow. I have been using cal mag but is it time for nutrients

They look nice and healthy. What nutrients are you using?

I have only given them cal mag so far.

MH lighting...only white light LED is a natural neutral color, your plants look good.

(that lighting makes the green look less vibrant, plants are good)

Any recommendations for nutrients

I mean when you start feeding.

Id go with Fox farm liq nutes if using FF soil........Its formulated for use IN that soil.



You can grow about 30 plants with that.

Oh I have fox farm dirty dozen starter kit. Seems like a lot of stuff to put in them is all that stuff necessary

Is there a specific time to start using these products

Use nothing but water the first 3 weeks, then you use GROW BIG every other watering.....so.....water on a Monday........add nutes maybe Wed (use 1/2 rec dosage)........water again Friday........Sunday the nutes, etc.

Start using the others later on, the bottles have the info on the back........I use FF Happy Frog and FF Ocean Harvest blended together by me, I add a handful of perlite and a cup of worm castings to a 5 gallon fabric pot.

I use 1/2 the rec dosage ONLY.........then I use unsulphured molasses (about 1 tsp per gallon of water) every WATERING day in the water, for best taste. Molasses the last 2 weeks, before the CHOP.

Dont overdue it on those nutes either...

Sounds good I will give it a try
