In the first photo that you posted, the leaves closest to the light are starting to "taco". That's a symptom of getting too much light. The leaves just a few inches lower are doing fine. Those two sets of reactions indicate that you should raise your light maybe 2".
The light you're using is a "blurple" which is, in the cananbis grow lighting world, a very old design of LED. It's called a "blurple" because it's only generating red and blue light so the light has a purple hue to it. Blurples were the top dog in their day but one of the problems was that, since there was no green light being generated, a grower couldn't see the plants very well so it was hard to monitor the health of the plants.
Newer LED's are "white light" so it looks very similar to our eyes.
