First Grow

Hi guys.Just wanted some advice on my new grow. This isint exactly the first time ive tried, but my last atempt was laughable. So this time im gona do it right.Ive a bag of 5 ak-48 females that i was given as a present.I have a space in a shed thats 66 wide x 40 high x 20 deep. The box will be sealed off from prying eyes but stealth isint a massive issue.Im going to construct i lighting rig out of pvp pipe like ive seen a few people on here do.It will have 9 cfl's and all the wiring will be contained in the pipes. There will be two 120mm intake fans on the botom of the right side and two 120mm outs on the top.Ill be fitting a carbon filter on the outtake duct as this is venting in to my backgarden. Now,my first problem is the lighting.Ive opted for cfls as money is an issue.but its hard to get 5k-6.5k bulbs here. The only one i could find has a base/2pin conector. So i was wondering does anyone have any idea how i could either wire those bulbs up,or should i just order bulbs online. And is it safe to order bulbs in bulk online.

Ill be keeping this thread updated with my progress as i get stuff built.

You should have no problem getting bulbs online, try ebay. You could wire those up direct or try to get an adapter. I have no idea what those pin type sockets are called. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trkparms=65%3A12%7C66%3A2%7C39%3A1%7C72%3A5664&rt=nc&_nkw=compact+fluorescent+bulbs&_sticky=1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_sop=15&_sc=1

Good luck with your grow!

Who says they don;t ship to Ireleand? send them a msg. and ask. Of course their might be problems with difference in power too.
Well i just bought some mylar foil.more than enough to fit a few grow boxes should the need arise.the only thing im woried about is that i bought clfs from america which are 120v. We use 220v over here. Im just trying to suss out if i can get them to work with a convertor. And if i can i just have to get the apropriate voltage fittings for the lights,as i would imagine the ones i have at the mo are rated for 220v.

Edit:Right.i managed to cancel my order of bulbs because its to much or a hassle with the voltage diffrences ect. So im just gona have to pay a bit more for 220v bulbs
