I have her at 80° and the humidity is at 45-50.

Okay. I wouldn't let the RH get any higher if you can control it. Make sure you have good air circulation, the branches on the plant should move around just slightly in the wind. But give it time to finish out and it should do you well. Don't chop it yet, you would regret it.
Also don't be afraid to do some reading up on Leds. They can be expensive but are better off for certain types of grows.
Me for example, I'm in a 5x5 tent with an air cooled 600watt hps and still had to buy an AC to vent into my tent because temps were getting way too high. So now I'm running an extra 800 watts from the A.C. just to keep temps under control. I will be looking to convert to leds mainly because of this, heat is generally not an issue with them.

I could always grab a 400w has and make sure I have really good venlation. My humidity is down to 42%

Regarding lights
Did y'all forget this is a 2x2x5 tent? 600 - 1000w of almost anything will be gross overkill. With that footprint an inexpensive blurple off Amazon would be good.

This is a 1st time grower. I have been wanting to ask a question for a long time.
I have seen decent crystal on occasion from new growers. They always grew with hps to achieve the crystal.
Show me any cases of new growers (screen names on riu) growing decent weed with what you suggest. With real pics from "real" growers on this site. For each real screen name you show me, I will show you one, lets see how it goes.
Any side bets?

For a 2x2 there are plenty of examples all over this site of people growing with Mars and Viparspectra because they didn't have the budget for something grander or because they couldn't deal with HPS or CMH heat

Interesting. I think since I'm taking on the entire RIU community and the rules specified a real 1st grow from a real screen name or link on RIU, that your example does not count.

Only flower at or near harvest counts.
I don't want to see any Bullshit plants 4 weeks into flowering. Crystal only, no lame veg plants or early crystal plants.
Had I not said that I'd probably be seeing the quality of this game ruined, like those led grown plants.
Still even money, Oh all right I'll give you guys something. +130. I'll take -130.

Dude, $9 gets you a trichome scope. Well worth it. It's just one more thing to enjoy looking at. I started my first grow w/ cfl lights and saw that shit wasn't bulking up so I bought a vipar spectra 600. No it isn't the cats meow or what this page promotes but it got the job done with my time and money that I had on hand. my smoke is good that I grew, all my buddies that have smoked street weed there whole lives love my home grown. BUT YES the more energy you give them the more bud they will give you. A 600w vipar would be a fairly cheap plug n play light for your 2x2! It would flood the whole area. Read some books,buy a $10 stick water meter and use it.... Don't water till bone dry. A lot of people here can help, you gotta wade through the disagreements and pull what you need. I bought the marijuana garden saver book! Awesome read

You probably won't believe me but the plant in my profile pic was one under an led that I just took down 5 days ago an it's my first indoor grow. I guess I had the hps in the tent too but It was fairly close to the half It was on and this plant was directly under the led. It seemed pretty nice looking to me though and smoking on it for the first time right now and it's better than my Colorado stuff. I'm loving it. I'm not interested in any bets or anything like that though, it's cool.

Yeah im taking that into consideration. If I run a 400 w as my top light and cfls as side lighting, I should be fine. I want to at least get a harvest before I go LED. That is in the near future though.
Dude those are sick ass buds I can't wait till I get one the size of my forearm right now they're probably about two lighters tall and they don't look healthy but it's okay I'll take your advice
