First Growing with Church Seed

Hello,
im new at this forum and im new at growing. I bought some seeds in Holland. And just started with one of that seeds ( called: church). Because i dont wasted the other seeds if something goes wrong at this first time.
First i put the seed on a wet papertowel in a glasbottle on the windowledge. And after ca three days a root came out an now i put it into dirt. How long it maybe takes for the plant to come out?
What are the next steps?
Im thankful for every respons

If it's Church from green house seeds your in for a treat I hear it's a very potent strain

It should srpout within 4-5 days

my last grow was church:mrgreen: got 65g off 1 plant. killer budz and above average high. it is a easy grow, just don't over nute. good luck:peace:

Yes its from Greenhouse Seeds. I bought there a mix of seed church, a.m.s and big bang.
But till now i cant see nothing, its maybe 4 days in the dirt now. Then i must see soon some results.

My plant begin to grow. Yesterday it was so quick you can see nearly every hour that some gonna changing.And today it comes really out of the dirt. Im so happy about that. haha before i killed all my plants but now i do my best not to do. Thought before i have the brown thumb not green lol. But it grow really quickly.So im exciting how big its tomorow. I will show you a picture i made a minute ago.

how far away from the plant is the light? was just asking as that seedling looks to be stretching looking for light. i'd get the light as close as possible if i was you

@ginjawarrior: maybe youre right....i changed the light position and now it seem to be better :)

My Plant grow much more....and there are coming out new leaves. But the new leaves look very different then the first. The new leaves now really look like mariuahna. The older leaves roll up in some way... Is that normal? Or do i something wrong?

The new leaves are your first "true" marijuana leaves.The first set are called "cotyledons"

The first set of leaves on a seedling are called the cotyledon (sp?). They are quickly replaced by the more familiar serrated edge leaves that are identifiable as marijuana.

The GrowFAQ has lots of helpful info for people just learning the basics.

I've grown gh church. Mine liked lots of N.

i just started growing this strain, i picked it out of blue and all ive heard is good about this, mine are 2 weeks nw and they startin to stink allready.
check out mi signiture to see em.
i agree wi ginja looks to be abit elongated.
wat lights u using?

wat else they like howard, anything else you can tel us bout this strain?

I am one of the few who has been less than satisfied with this strain, so I may be the wrong person to ask.

It produces some beautiful looking buds. Very dense and COVERED in trichs. Mine stay fairly short, and are very bushy without any topping/fimming. I probably average ~2oz per plant in 10" pots under a 400w hps. I don't weigh my harvests, so that number is just an estimate.

My biggest bitch is that I think it's got a kind of "generic" high/taste. And for whatever reason I build a tolerance to it very quickly.

Still, not a bad deal considering how cheap the seeds are.

If your lights are close enough (and not incandescent), and the plant doesn't seem to be showing signs of dying...turning yellow or brown or wilting over, etc., then you probably have nothing to worry about. Right now your little plant is probably working to make more roots, and it can only build so much all at once...especially since the leaves are small right now. As you get more and more leaves you will notice faster changes (for a while anyway), simply because the plant can gather and use more energy and nutrients at that point than it can as a tiny seedling.

Hello again,
my little plant not make it.
The first reason was it grows so slowly. I saw here at the forum seedlings which was twice as bis like mine. And the other thing is a little accident happened to my plant.
I was so very angry. But with or without that, im sure my plant not would made it. But im still angry about that.
But whatever i will try another one in January. I only can hope it works better then.
