First Indoor grow (125w cob led/low budget) - Need advice please

Im struggling with my first grow... I pretty much fucked up everything you possibly can.
Lets be honest to you guys i didnt plan anything prior to this grow. A good friend gave me 6x Blackwater clones aswell as a 125w led cob citizen. (btw now i know why he didnt want any money for the lamp XD). He told me he was going to throw away those clones if i wont take them. My heart said yes take and save them. My mind said no your warderobe is to small and no money for proper grow stuff atm. Well i couldnt resist
I was so fucking hyped too see them babies grow that i asked my good friend a couple days later if he had some leftoverclones of another strain.
He gave me another 7x Zkittlez clones. I just tougth more plants more buds... Well little did i know and didnt even calculated space put them in some way to small pots just to send them to flower at 12/12. They probably didnt even had much roots in fresh soil at this stage.
My stoned i was like : MUCH PLANTS + 12/12 = BUDS continued by germinating 6x DeimosxAK47..

Well here i am completly lost and in big need of advice how to make the best out of what i have.

I want to clearify that yield doesnt matter in this first grow. It wasnt planned but i try make best out of what i actually have to work with.

My questions, ill try keep it short!

1. Im planing on moving 2 of those Blackwaters ( look picture - yellow marked halfcircle ) in a 20L Growbag. Bad idea ?
(continue LST to form as needed and use rootblock material leftovers from my work - Even without rootblock they would have so much more space for growth
2. If you had to grow in this warderobe with my setup 125w citizen cob(50x70x170) How much plants in how big pots you would be aiming for?
2.2 - Would you use a specific method to do so ? I was thinking of a scrog. But next time better prepared
3. Can you recommend me a LED max 250w for my roomsize 50x70x170?
4. Anyone has experience with growing DeimosxAK47 regulars ? Im wondering about the stretch and phenos. I got them from freespore, had good experiences with spores and outdoor seeds.
5. If i want regular to grow faster does it help to move it a bit closer to light ?

I gallon bags. Flip when 12". Don't top. Strip everything below the top 2 nodes before you do Hope for the best.

I need stop overthink and just do. Sorry for asking stupid questions....From this point on i will do my researches. I need to accept that my first grow indoors wont and cant be perfect.

How to continue

- Be patient. Get my shit done
- Watch out for hermos even if they are back in veg
- Repot all regular seedlings. (On monday due to closed markets today.)
- Providing best as possible conditions for regs since it can increase female ratio.
- Cover roots of regs in plastic bottle till repot on monday.
- Avoid any stress besides LST
- Playing arround my regs while bending other bitches down.
- Increase knowledge day by day

For possible future grow

- Less plants and bigger pots
- Use only seeds


I want try this for next grow. You think 2 of them 250w is overkill for my room 50x70x170 Centimer ? I like dimmeable option and red light for bloom. Toughts ?

If you had more light and more of a light you've got potential weight there. Suggest moving ahead and adding more light. You'll do okay if you do. You've got a great strain there. I just received cuttings of several strains. Delivered in a styrofoam chest that had to continue its journey.

-22 F. I had my truck running with heater on. Ran to the truck and from the truck to my cabin. The Banana Punch took it hard. MAC had a little wilt but perked up. The Blackwater didn't give a damn. No wilt. No nothing.

Buy more light.

U might as well as throw, give or sell all but 2 and grow in a small space like a 2x2 if expect to get anything other than popcorn airy bud. Imo.Look around online - Craigslist etc for more 2nd hand lights. If was close I would throw u 2 ts1000 and 3 200 watt blurples for dirt cheap. Probably would have traded for some of those clones

Your size is basically 1.5ft x 2ft. Enough really for one plant imo and the one light is enough for that size

if it got to even 22 f here I wouldn’t leave the house, much less the bed with hot water bottle. Heater cranked on high. Fire place going, long johns on thinking it is like the day after tomorrow movie going on outside

We're headed to -40F. Or C. That's cold but this time of the year I've seen -58F here. You'd love my outhouse.

I think it would make sense to just buy a third cob ? tbh im kinda poor atm but ill see what i can do.
Actually i would prefer invest in hold a mother of those juicy Blackwaters then having some more buds.
As i said yield does not matter in this first grow. But i do care alot about solid genetics and good smoke.


Your story reminds me of mine when i got my lovely Blackwater clones hahah.

-4 Celsius I was driving on my bicycle with a plastic bag full of Blackwater clones in one hand. After a 20min ride i went to the next store, clones in bagpack now to buy the cheapest soil which was available. After that i potted one of the babes in the only pot i had left at my home. Her life started with overwatering. Then straigth way to close under the ligth. After 2 days 24H perma melting the plants something was wrong. First i tougth i had given it too much water which i probably also did, then i saw something flying arround.
Sciarid gnats. She almost died there but i did not gave up my hope! I removed all soil due to eggs of sciarid gnats. She had no more roots left at this point. She did make it. I didnt want to share this but now i have to upload some pics so you see how they got raped by my first week grower skills. All other blackwaters were put under ligth way to close aswell they didnt even had soil or a pot for like 3-4 days or so 24/24.




Im impressed by their resistance to stress. They recovered so quick. I need keep this genetic!!

Im used to cold weather but thats some next level shit. I would def look to hibernate.

Popcorn airy bud ? Dont think so brother challenge accepted.
If i only could i would love to send you one of this beautys. Im doing this frequently with spores. I had one guy travel over 500km to get spores of my albino. Kinda easy since no mass. Same with seeds but i dont have any.

The key to growing bud and good bud is light. Period. It's all about photosynthesis. It's that light that drives cellular growth. You can use just about any medium and any type of nutrient and get bud if you have the light. You've doubtless got skill growing stuff. But these ain't mushrooms.

Pretty much. I used to live in East Glacier MT. Wind blew 9 months of the year including all winter. Wind coming down the Rockies and racing to the Plains. An Alberta Clipper.

I was cheering on -60 the night we hit -58 so I could say I'd been in an outhouse at minus 60. Sounds crazy because it was. Interior Alaska.

Believe me I know north Dakota school systems don't shut down due to low temperatures I remember having to walk to school in minus 30+

This is why i joined this community. Thanks for being honest. Having hard times financially but ill try my best to get some light upgrades asap. Those arent muchrooms for sure but its compareable in terms of fun and things to learn. I think it needs a couple of grows to get used to it a d optimize
