First Indoor Grow, Any Advice, Opinions

Hey My Fellow Bud Lovers....

This my first indoor grow, I ordered the GL40, I figured start with that. I was looking to go with Cfl's because it's affordable. I was looking at the Greners Cfl which comes with the fixture etc..for the veg state, it says it has the daylight spectrum..as well 7,000 lumens. It says 125 watt..is that good for cannabis veg state? What is the best recommended for flowering.

I plan to grow four and is one Cfl fixure good?..The soil of choice will be Fox Farm Ocean etc..Intake fan, and exhaust fan..I was also planning to get the Oasis ( an automatic water thing and can water plants up to a month it says ( only battery run, and runs for 2 months off one) I need advice also for watering..how many times a day, 3?, or according to how dry the soil, and heavy the pot is??

I plan to use the light cycle as 18/6 for 3 weeks, then 12/12 for flowering..

( I plan to grow Caramelicious ( says good for the beginner ) and wanting to know how easy is it to grow?..

How low do the lights need to be to pots during veg state, and flowering?

I also plan on getting a germination station, put seeds in paper towel method, stick em in germination station in the closet, covered with a black towel. Good enough?

Does the fan need to be on during the night cycle?

And the best and reliable seed bank? I was thinking AMS or Attitude? Im in the US..

Another thing that boggled me and wanted to know, Autoflowering seeds? good for a beginner? or simply stick with Caramelicious and take the time and patience?

On my first grow I grew two plants - vegged them with 250W CFL and flowered with 400W HPS, Im not so sure 125W cfl is going to cut it for 4 plants, cfl light is somewhat weak and once them plants become bushy the leaves block the light from reaching the lower parts of the plant, my 250W was struggling with that. And don`t spend money on automatic watering systems or germination station - save it and get a quality pH meter instead.

Don't try to hard. as long as you have the right setup with a little knowledge and love for your girls then good things will happen.
They are plants and will grow but with some help can grow amazing. It looks like you have the basis down. Good luck to you and your grow brotha.
