not sure about the brown spots, my one girl did that at about 1wk into flower... I think it's some kind of nute issue. I flushed twice in a row and it got a bit better but it's still not gone entirely.

I think I'm only going to feed them maybe one more time then just go with plain water the rest of the way so maybe that will help if the widow is nute locked. I have been testing the run-off ph and its really low on the widow, like 5 to 5.5 with 6.5 to 7 water going in.

Is it possible to be done flowering in only 40-45 days? My purple haze has all red hairs and has a lot of cloudy trichs with only a few clear trichs. The tops of the buds feel almost dry and crunchy now too. Also, it appears to have stopped growing, the past week or so the buds have remained the same size.

I would love to say yes but I have no idea. Go with your gut and what you are seeing. You could do a staged harvest and do part of it now and part later. Might make for an interesting comparison.

Can't comment on your particular strain, but if i grow different strains, I go by the trichs, nothing else, when it's ready, it's ready, they're not on timers….

overwatering will cause them to wilt.get a ppm pen so you can have your nutes really diled in. and IMO get som HPS or MH lighting cause once their bigger the CFLs are not going to cut it.

The trichs do look ready but of course my experience is limited (none) lol. I have a 60x scope and they definitely all look cloudy with an amber and clear or two mixed in. I think I will start taking a cola every other day or so. May take the first one this weekend! It will be my first home-grown! Very exciting!

I am going to flush all three girls today and hopefully that takes care of the yellowing/brown spots on the white widow.

I snipped off the top of the smallest cola on my purple haze. It really does smell "purple", like grapes. Will let it dry a few days then try it out. The tops of all the colas on the purple haze all have cloudy trichs while down near the bottom the trichs are mostly clear. Will harvest an entire large cola probably this weekend. 014.jpg015.jpg

image.jpgHarvested one of the 8 main colas off the purple haze. The purple buds never really fattened up like the other two plants but it looks and smells great. All the trics are cloudy so I will harvest the rest of the plant this weekend, Saturday will be 49 days since 12/12. White widow and northern lights x skunk #1 have a few weeks left.

there s a certain kind of limp they get from under watering if you didn't water in 3 days give them a little at a time don't drowned em, watch how they respond. And for gods sake if you don't know how to use nutes don't use em. The medium in the bk cups look too mulchy try regular potting soil. The problem with every one on here is they buy all this fancy shit and cant grow with just dirt and water you gotta walk before you fly. Patience is a virtue its not gonna grow any faster cus you spent 100 on a bottle of chemicals. Patience grasshopper.

Hey Man,

So how's the grow ended? What'd you end up with?
It was looking good so I'm assuming everything went well and you have a nice little stash curing now. Any smoke report?
