Im definitely learning alot, mostly due to this site. But also a lot of research. The plant is starting to look a lot better since I stopped over watering, moved to a bigger pot, and lsted it. It was looking rough for a bit there. The 3 seedlings are going to have a much better life. Gonna invest in some more lights, nutes and better soil! Also a timer, cuz Im tired of looking at the clock and being like, "OH SHIT".

So here are some pics from this morning. All my plants are sitting in the windowsill basking in the morning sun. Wish I could move them with the sun, but by noon they have to go back in the closet.
So things are looking a lot better since I stopped watering the oldest all the time and lsted it. Its now showing me 5 tops! I cant complain about that lol. Also the new growth has been great, I was tired of looking at a skeleton. Bout time it filled out some.
The sprouts are coming along nicely, they got moved into containers and will get moved one more time to big containers. The mutant is coming along nicely, must be nice to have a 33% better ability of pulling in energy right from the start. Cant wait to see how that one turns out. Kinda overshadows my interest in all the rest. lol.

Thanks Timuuli! The leaves arent brown at the bottom, just a funny light reflection in that one pic. Im not sure that its female yet, hasnt showed any pistols, its day six of 12/12. I was just saying that it is showing me five new tops since I lsted it.

Oh shit, I thought you knew that it was a female all ready. Well man I really hope all your effort pays off for that plant. And if not, you could always cut off all the fan leaves, laminate them and put them everywhere
. I was thinking that someone could do that as a senior prank, just throw a bunch of pot leaves in the air haha. Not me tho cuz if id get caught theyd be like soo... where did you get these?

Lol, I used to have a bunch of laminated leaves in a photo album from old attempts. Got rid of em tho, dont need any more evidence lying around, lol.

They were always just half assed, throw a seed in a pot and forget about type adventures. The only time I ever was successful was with outdoor grows.

Heat levels are getting a little high in there, Ive had to leave the closet doors and the room door open all evening to get under 90 degrees. Its 82 in my house with no a/c, so there isnt much I can do at the moment. Tho Ive got a fan directing air into the room from a window that has me down to 85. Im blowing cooler air from one room to another room and that fan is blowing the transferred air into the closet. Im debating setting up the a/c in that bedroom to get some cooler air in there. All depends if this heat wave keeps up. At least the humidity is ok at around 50%

Haha ive only once tried growing before and I forgot to keep the paper that the seed was in wet, so...
As for the cooling problem, im sorry bro the only advice I can give you is either turn the fans on full straight at the plants (fakes colder air) or get ac

I have the fan blowing directly on the plants, so Im not too worried, plus I just checked and Im down to 84 in there but I really wish I was at like, say 78-80. But its not a perfect world....YET! lol

Yeah dude that should be fine tho, that temp is not gonna make much difference in growth speed.
I fucking love my ac for temps! the whole day, the temp has been steadily between 73.8 and 76.2. Fucking perfect for growth, low temps and the temps not changing much
. Haha I apologize for rubbing it in, had to do it. Sorry to rain on your party, but if ur actually talking about the world, then I don't believe its gonna be perfect for quite a while (if ur talking about your growing world then fill me in man

Lol, yup I was talking about the my little growing world. Im going to be adding lights, nutes, soil, and testers in a while, so things will end up perfect, or as close to perfect as I can get em.

Nice dude. I was gonna do the same thing in the next few days; buying more lights, the rest of FF nutes (only got grow big now), maybe FF soil (will the plants get shocked if I transplant the current plants in Ferti lome into Fox farms soil?), pH up and down, mylar, and a new pH tester (my current one isn't very accurate). Im getting prepared a bit early with some of the items but what ever

As long as its a good transfer, the plant wont be shocked. Sounds like you are on the road to success. Im driving down that same highway, lol. Fox Farms stuff really seems to be the way to go, at least thats what everyone keeps saying.

High heats are hard to combat.
AC if you can get one, otherwise put the fans on the crop.
One thing I've done before to cool a room down, dunno if it would work for plants or not, but you freeze a gallon of water and put it in front of the fan so it blows across the top. It does cool things off a little bit, but watch the humidity.

Fastillion, thats a really good idea. I bet that would drop the temp! Ive got room to work with on my humidity level, Im pretty steady around 50%. Thanks for that idea, you get +rep for that one!! If you came up with that idea you should post a thread about that! I bet a lot of people would use it.

Yeah dude that might help a bit, plus increase in humidity is actually good, cannabis grows best at 60-65 percent humidity during vegetation and 55-60 during flowering. Not a big deal at all tho if humidity is too low, too high is a different story tho.

Yeah thats why I went to Fox Farms, fucking everyone seemed to love them! Ive also never heard of anything bad about them unlike a bunch of other products.

Yeah, I was just thinking the same thing, Fox Farms seems to be a mogul. But it makes me wonder if I go to the store and buy it, am I going to attract attention? (Yeah, just because Im paranoid doesnt mean no one is following me) lol. If my temps are up tomorrow Im going to use that ice method. Funny thing was I was thinking of something along that lines today but with ice cubes, thought about setting them on the soil by the plants, but figured that cold ass melted water would shock the plants, so I just left it there. I was headed towards a good idea. lol But what the hell, Im a.d.d. hehe
