First indoor grow

Well folks, here's a little trial that ended up becoming a plant. I've smoked for a good 4 years or so, started a couple of failure plants a while ago, never seriously grew. However, the last bag I had was full of seeds, planted one in a fucking Styrofoam cup I had, and it sprouted. When the sprout got larger, I bought a pot for it. I've been lighting it with one little CFL, and this is where it's at.
No idea what strain it is, no idea if it's healthy, I'd really like anyone's advice on what I've got here, and what I should do to keep her going? Lighting advice? Times for lighting? I've just been leaving that CFL on it almost 24/7 since it's been a sprout, I know that should probably change.

Also, Ramen is for reference.

keep it up for about another two mounths or so and you can start budding when your gonna start budding it it go to walmart and get a timer cuz it needs to be exsact and put it 12 hours on 12 off and about 2 months after that it should be done and ready to harvest o yea pick up 2 100 w flourecents equal to 32 w there a dollor at walmart she looks heathy ............any more ?'s jus ask and good luck

DAMN!!! that plant is lookin hella-healthy for just one cfl yea ide def get some 2700k in there for flowering once your ready to switch it over well good luck happy grows it from one cfler to another have a good one!=)

Thanks for the replies, I'll definitely pick up a timer, and some better lighting for the budding stage. I must say, I'm pretty impressed for how well this plant has done with such little work! Updated pic from tonight!
