The gal in the blue jacket was selling something. A happy customer walking away. But I don't think it was weed. Especially since there was a dispensary a block away.
I know her ... that’s Felicia .... just kidding. Probably some crack , ice , or meth “ stepped “ on with D-Con rat poison or fentanyl.
