Indoor mix + 5 free seeds(unknown) Marijuana Seeds (cannabis Seeds) High Quality Low Prices
Soil/sand/bat casting mix.
13 five gal bags, 2 three gal bags(ran out of 5 gal)
2 400 watt MH.
planted Dec 26.
10x6 room
Mylar lined walls
Fox farm nuts
Temp- 74. night temp 67
I was in a 4x4 grow tent for my last 2 grows,
I'm now only using the frame
of the tent to hang my lights on.
I'm going to keep all males, after reading a post
about % of THC is the same in each male and female.
All males will be housed in a closet, don't want seeded buds.

This journal will be more about the problems I run into and growth rate.

I see a very good growth rate and the plants look healthy.
It's been 3 days since these the last photos and transplanted into 5 gals.
I thought since it's winner I wouldnt run into a heat problem, but nonetheless
The temps are a bit to high at 86f and only 62f at night and the soil is to warm.
Pretty simple issue to deal with but must be adressed ASAP.Heat stress can cause meany problem within a grow also the lack of heat.
I'm also starting to see nats flying around, its a good idea
to deal with them before it gets out of hand.It's also a good idea to get a fork
and rake the top of the soil(inch or 2 deep)This where the nats lay there eggs.
Don't forget about the holes at the botton, I'm sure the nats havent over looked them.

My hydro store ran out of the black liner buckets
and I waited to long for transplant so I was in need that day.
It came down to buying 15 buckets at $5 each or 15 bags for $1 each.
I've used 2 gal bags for clones str8 to flower(x24)because of space in my
first grow and it was without issue, but this will be my first grow from seed
using bags.I believe if I ever had to pick up the bag, I would rip apart some
of the root system.
If I would have the extra cash...no I still don't thing
I would have bought $150 worth of buckets.

As I go walking into my grow room, the cat comes walking out like nothing is going on rubs my led and walks right past me and then bam hes gone like a dart.
When I check my plants I see paw prints and 1 plant laid over.
I yell out loud like the cat understands me and I say
...STAY THE FUCK OUT OF MY RM GD IT!!

Pic are of another three days of growth from last Pic.
I have no issues to speak of(knock on wood) I have the temp under control
just by having the window cracked open when lights are on, and I see some real growth.what a differents 6 days make.
By the looks of things, I going to end up with all differnt kinds of height
something I over looked when buying seeds.-word to the wise.
In time I'm going to end up playing the musical chair game.

Nice looking grow Joepro. Kitty likes walking in the soil mix. Yeah, I got the same problem with my seeds. I got all different heights.

The end of january or the first few days into Feb.
30 plus days of veg should give it enough time to fill out all strains.
The plan is to grow out the males(in another space) and breed all the lower colas.My thought is of having collected pollen for other grows, it would be nice to have a stock of choice seeds down the line.
