Hey I greatly appreciate your input. Good to hear things from both sides of the fence.

I'll most likely go with the 357 Magnum if I ever switch brands. Next grow is a short way's off as I'm changing from soil to a Watergarden Hydro setup. So I have some work to do before I get things rocking. That grow will be with a 126w Pro Series. But after that I may end up trading, selling it or simply adding another LED from a different company.

1st off apologies for the lack of pics. I can't find my darn camera cable. As soon as that appears I'll upload some new pics.

Both plants are harvested. The Short Rider (100%) and about 80% of the Sativa Looking plant. I'm letting the small buds towards the bottom fill out / mature a bit more before they're clipped.

I'll hopefully have a weigh in sometime soon for both plants.

Used a food dehydrator this time around. Works awesome to say the least for quick drying. I'm just not in the position to have the stuff "hanging" around. But I am very happy with the results. About 5 hours in the dyhydrator (flip them once at about 2 to 2 1/2 hours). Buds are curing right now but I was able to try a smoke off both plants.

The Sativa looking plant has a nice easy stone and just a touch of cerebral high. It's by no means Cannibas Cup material, but it's very relaxing.

As far as the Short Rider? If you want to get stoned off your a$$ then this is the stuff for you. I put the smallest pinch in my new vaporizor, and that's pretty much all I need for the evening. I'm much more of a Sativa fan. But for a late evening before bed just sitting in front of a movie, the Short Rider has my vote.

So anyhow once I find my camera cable I'll upload some pics.

"Pics" . . . soon as I can recover them from the SD Card I'll get them up here.

After curing for about a week and a half I'm happy with the results. Finally harvested the remaining buds as well.

3/4 zip total off the Short Rider and 1.05 zips total off the Sativa looking plant. This is all dried, cured and snipped from the branches. Very happy with the results considering the limited space they had to grow in.

Short Rider review:

Great smoke if you're into the Indica Strains. Relaxing and good for anti anxiety. Definitely something to enjoy (or for medicine) after your daily duties are done. Extremely happy with the quality after being under the LED.

Mystery Plant:

Actually turned out to be more Indica then I had thought. Seemed uppity when it was just dried. It's not exactly total couchlock. But very relaxing with just a tad more "uplifting quality" over the solid Short Rider buds. Again quality is great. LED rocked it out.

Well I very much enjoyed the past two "fictitious" grow journals. But I'm bowing out until the waves of reason begin to finally prevail where I reside.

Finally repaced the missing Camera cable so here you go.

A few shots of the plants about a week before harvest. And of course what we all work so hard for . . . the magical buds!

To sum this thread up . . . I'm sold on the high quality LED Lights. They veg, they flower and ultimately produce some terrific smoke.

This was a fun experiment and I enjoyed (and was surprised) at the number of people who shared in this grow. Thank you again to everyone who hung around to see this thing through. And a special thanks for your patience on getting the pics uploaded. Peace to everyone and God Bless. :leaf:

Cause it was 1 inch higher then the other one? really?

try a 15-20 week flower period....

I had to train it (LST) in order to keep it squat. If I had let it go (No LST) it would have easily been 4 - 6" taller than the other plant.
And as Mattman stated the leaves gave it away as well.

hi all im new to this site, im on my second year grow, and in spain, so i get lots of sun at moment only do out door stuff, but i use a box for starting them off, im off grid so i rely on solar an wind poer, so last year i was using low consumer bulbs, this year i try led bulbs was using 8x3w each with 48 leds, all warm white, diferent angles of light, it worked ok, so im going to sort out a light paten of the 3 red white blue and give it a try after the summer, be interesting wat comes of it all,

been a disaster so far just got the new power supplies so starting a new run we shall see

I'm using a lot more at each watering, but spacing each watering session at 4 days apart. I'll probably try to keep that up for the remainder of the grow.

After some advice from good horticulturalist, this time around I water each pot until it just starts to leak out the bottom drain holes. And that's it. If they are looking healthy for 3 days after I'll water them on the 4th. Once in a blue moon I'll notice the outer edges of the leaf tips turning upwards. So I'll put 6 - 8 oz of water in there, wait a day and then do the full watering cycle.

I by no means want to start a discussion on "Plant Care".

I just wanted to point out something that seems to have made a positive impact on this grow. Hope this helps anyone who has an interest in Horticulture.

I got the same light bro, first time growing also. My Blue dream are a week and a half into Veg. I got 8 plants,1 seems to be a dud. I'm gunna need a bigger tent then a 2x2x4 lol Leaves are curling upward and the stocks are red (defense mechanism) my light is 18" away and I got Indo Easy Grow Premium Nutrients, 3 bottles, Max Minerals, Max Grow and Max Bud. First time using this product aswell.
