First LST

So I'm training my Blue Dream clone I picked up from a dispensary a few weeks ago. She was getting way too tall for my veg cabinet, so I decided to tie her down last night. She seems to be fine with the new light hitting the lower branches more, I pulled her down a little more this morning. Any thought or comments on my first LST?

Looks good! Did u top it and then applied the LST
?

LST means Low Stress Training, so basically you are stretching the plant - plant yoga. I just used a paper-clip and a push-pin and slowly bent the stalk. Then you stick the push pin in the side of the pot, or attach it in some way. And there ya have it... I would watch some vids of LST on youtube.
