Hey everybody,
I'm currently awaiting the arrival of my midwest easy mushroom grow kit and my psilocybe cubensis spore syringe. I've been reading up on growing for a while now so i have a pretty good idea of what i'm doing but i'm sure i'll have some questions along the way.
I will be doing six half pint jars filled with brown rice flower and vermiculite. Assuming colonization goes well i was wondering if it would be more beneficial to keep the cakes intact or break them apart.
I've seen many people use both methods but i want the one with best yield.
So should i leave the cakes intact or break them apart over the perlite in the fruiting box?
