I've recently been getting back into it. My doctor recommended it and he was right let me tell ya. Instead of taking antidepressants, mood stabilizers and anxiety meds I can manage pretty well with cannabis, exercise and a little will power. I still have my days though for sure.

Mother nature is currently trying to sink Vancouver Island. One storm after another. We got almost 150 mm of rain in the last 36 hours and it's still raining hard. Another 80+ today and tomorrow, they say. Add to that the the relentless 70-90k winds. And it's sticking around all week! On the plus side...it was shitty enough outside that I convinced my wife to let me get a PS4 for an early christmas gift! I'm not a big gamer. but GTA V is a fuckin' blast!

Staying active is very important, for those of us that are not working.I had a hard time mentally after i was house bound. It's tough to work for 30yrs then, bang nothing to do.Walking my dog several times a day and getting out to do some volunteer work has really helped me with the mental aspect of not being able to work....and eating properly.
