First Order Still Not Received (420 Seeds)

Hey roll it up, this is my first new thread post, but it unfortunately is not for good news...

I placed my order (first one ever too) for 10 fem seeds and whatever free ones that came with it toward the start of April. I got an email saying they shipped on April 11. By May 2 I was growing uneasy as it had reached 3 weeks, so I emailed them asking for information. They told me they shipped on April 13 and gave me the tracking number which said that they had come on 4/20, and believe me, I was checking that day. This confused the hell out of me. If i remember correctly I received a very weird letter from Europe that day in French addressed to the wrong person, so that made me paranoid.

Since I have been keeping an eye out for their described package, but have had no luck..

So now it is 5/10, and I am growing less confident in their arrival everyday, especially since it says they already came! The customer service has usually responded within 24 hours, but only with a short response. I also don't know how the shipping dates can get mixed up.

So now I am considering ordering seeds from attitude seeds, because I am planting outdoors and do not or would not like to wait around to get them started.

that letter with the wrong name was your package. they did that for your protection. the return address was probably not theirs so now some else got your stuff.

This smells funny. Where did you order from? What did you do with that mis addressed letter?

It was only a normal business envelope, not even a possibility of a bean fitting in there.

Try seaofseeds or attitude. Sorry to hear that ya didn't get your seeds. Never heard of that site either. Go with someone more reputable like the first two I stated. GL

a tiny little seed has no chance of fitting in a normal business envelope? that must have been a really fucking tiny envelope. how did they get the addresses written on it?

what did the tracking info show?? if it said that it was delivered, i don't think that they're going to do much about it honestly..

maybe go and ask your neighbors if they got some mail with your name on it?/

I bought from 420 seeds at least 4 times now and have always received my seeds. Did you ship Stealth " I always do even tho it's a little extra.

It was in a normal business envelope and 420 seeds always uses a crush-proof envelope with a CD case, so it was unrelated.

@deetee: Yes, I paid for the stealth option, but not the "super stealth" option.

@racerboy: It said it arrived on April 20, which is why I was confused, because they didn't arrive.

I received an email on Friday after emailing them stating that they would re-ship the first order if I bought an order worth the same or more as the first one. I do not need this many seeds, so I just decided to order from attitude and did so today.

I have been buying from 420seeds for 6 years. I have grown white widow, Ice, Arjons Haze, blueberry from them. I have never had a problem with delivery, have 100% germ. My only negs are, their shipping is slower than others, and they only carry the more traditional and somewhat dated strains. No doubt to keep the cost down. Price and delivery is 30% less than the better known boutique stores. So, there you go.
