Hey farmers.
I posted a while ago about my soil mix and so far I'm super impressed with veg and how things are going. No burn just lush green growth. Very quick might I add. Pumped to get into flowering. I've transplanted into 10 gals from 1 gal and I'm sure there is plenty of nutrients in the soil to get me through most of flower yet I can't help but want to tinker. Should I just leave it? I was thinking maybe of topdressing the second week into flower maybe some kelp ewc and some bat guano for a little pk boost thinking it will be available in peak bloom. Am I correct in this thinking? Should I try it or what would you guru's recommend? I'm running 6 critical lush under my hps killer diy cob. I usually get 2 lbs per run under 600s of cobs and am hoping to get the same or more because I'm running a heavy yielder vs my usual cookies and og. My soil mix is as follows:

Base in 5 gal pails
3 promix
2 1/2 coco
3 ewc
1/2 perilite
1/2 vermiculite

48 gallons or 5. 96 cubic feet

1 cup flower power
1 cup super grow
2 cups blood meal
4 cups bone meal
2 cups kelp meal
2 cups greensand
3 cups oyster shell
1/4 cup Epsom salt
2 cups guano p
3 cups crab meal
2cupa glacial rock dust

Im def far from a guru but experience tells me not to topdress unless you're plants are starting to tell you they need more nutes. You want a smooth fade at the end of flower and if you topdress prematurely you may sacrifice flavor and a smooth smoke by adding too many nutes and you may have to do a whole lot of extra unwanted flushing. Just let the girls tell ya what they need. Only my advice. btw I do like your soil mix, looks delicious

I wouldn't. You need to see how they react.

It wouldn't hurt to water with a ewc tea next time they need water.

If they just went from a 1gal into a 10gal and you plan on flowering soon than it will be more than enough nutrients. You could even afford to veg a few weeks more if you wanted, IMO.

Going to veg for at least another 2 3 weeks. Then flip. I'll post some pics maybe start a little journal to keep track of my organic first run.0
