first organic grow!!

This is my first wich i have done organicly and have only used tap water. I have never tested the ph of the water or soil. The plants are about 3 months old had have been in the flower stage for 3 weeks. They have 150 watts of light the lights are t5's. I was just trying to get some tips and see what people thought thanks!!

looking nice me m8 im doing my fist one organic grow mine are 2 week old today, wat nutrient you useing ? what u growning, as im just useing tap warter which is 8.5 after i put my nutrient in the the PH goes down to
about 7 and it seem me baby loving it,anyway look good i keep an eye out on hows your going

dude im not useing any nutrients the only thing i give these girls is water and i have no clue what the ph is. its pretty crazy post some pic of urs..

It looks good,if it,s not broke then don,t fix it,though keep a eye on your leaves later on for ph probs.

Hi dude iv got them under a 400 hps and they 5 weeks old im growing PJ and them pictures was 2 days ago she looking even nice today going to feed them sunday im just push her abit, a week or so give her alitte bit of tiger bloom dont wont to over do it,and yes keep and eye on the PH as it give me probs to start

nice man i would like to ugrade lights but i might just try 2 plants instead of 4 im only runing 150w of t5 and next grow im gonna throw in some cfls and see i i get any better growth cuz these girls seem alittle small for how old they are and ill be sure to keep an eye on that ph it seem good so far and i havnt checked it since they have growing im thinking i can chop these 4 down in about 4 or 5 weeks what do u think?

u seem to be doing just right,im veging under a 105w cfls and they seem to be doing good,i move them in to me grow room when they are about 4.2.5 weeks old, yours would have been much biger if u feed them with some nutrient,mine seem to got much big in the last week on the ones that i am flowring,like i say on the other ones that im grownig, im useing organic nutrient and they seem to be doing just fine. and it funny the organic vega im using brings down the water PH to about 6.5.7.but im allways making sure it right on the PH as if not the feed well lock up that when the trouble begains,i get some picture of me baby ones later,

What about using pure green tea in watering the plants?

hi dude well you only use molasses when your in bloom-flowering that what iv been reading,one tsp to one >>(gal) of water, so i going to try it out as i got a jay of it know, what i mite do is feed the others with green tea see what happes thanks for the tips tos8045488 , so how your going dude ?,if you need any help i do me best to help you as im still leaning the art of it reading shit loads now,but im on the right road lol,pm me if you need help

Molasses can be used for the entire grow. There is some debate as to whether plants are able to take up some simple sugars, but conventional wisdom says no. Molasses really only serves to help feed beneficial microbes in the soil. I have used it and haven't really noticed a big difference. Sucanat is another sweetener that a lot of folks are starting to prefer since it is in a granulated form, dissolves readily in water and is relatively cheap. It is the unrefined, dried juice of pressed cane. It contains all the molasses and all of the simple sugars that are usually removed from the molasses during the refining process (molasses is basically a byproduct of sugar refining). You can find Sucanat at Whole Foods and some other health food stores. I have only used Sucanat on 1 grow but it seemed to make a small difference. Who knows? Happy growing.

hello, I am also starting a organtic grow. I bought 3 clones 4 days ago and planted them in fox farm organtic soil. I also bought some organtic fert called happy frog. This is my second grow, with my first grow I only had one plant and I used mircale grow soil and fert. It was pretty sucessful grow however was a small yield.
Here is a pic showing 2 of my new girls and the fert that I will be using.

I am using a 1000 watt Hps light. As far as my PH I have no Idea either.

cmiller- have you tested your ph yet? just curious cuz of the tap water method...


seeking- what nuts you use for veg and what nuts for flower? and when did you switch from the veg nutes to the flower nuts. ( how tall were your plants when you switched from veg nuts to flowering.)

Hi Dankies dude im using foxfarm Big grow+Big bloom iv got tiger-Bloom but no sure i use it this time i see how it goes,in my picture they seem to be going a bit limon yellow and i belive i need up to up the nutes abit now,so iv mix some up today,and test the PH and look good at 6.5.7 so i give a good feed today see how it goes in the next coulp of day to sort me torubles out,and im grown autos flowering (pj),me next lot is going to be White/Widow, veging is down to each grower it down to you and on what seeds you got to grow,i mite veg my next lot for about 5 weeks see how big they get fist and keep me eyes out for them girls,it be time to flower,

To what end???

I do teas quite a bit, mainly EWC/Alfalfa/Kelp meal, but never green tea.

Is this something you've done, or, something that seems 'like a good idea'?

dankies i have not tested the ph of my water ive heard from a buddy that the water is around 7 it seems alittle high but the plants look good real good for just giveing them water i think im gonna let the go for 5 more weeks ill post new pics soon and seeking ur shits looking good and hows ur little babys happy growing
