I'm not sure I just googled the pictures aha, I just thought they looked cool. But I haven't ever tried before I just heard it's a good idea and can give you more tops as well as focus in innernode growth . I just thought I'd try it out, I'm a beginner and as well as my plants do fine I'm not worried much ahaAgain newb here but are the last two pics actually trained or just topped? I was under the impression that LST was achieved by tying branches down. If I remove any of the tie down strings the plant quickly springs back up lol. I have even inadvertently broken stalks to get them away from light and unless tied down they spring back up within days. I did, for years do many outdoor grows but never took the time to do any training, perhaps I should have lol.
