First outdoor plant.

Hey, i have grown indoor plants since I can remember... decided to ditch the high electric bill and do an outdoor as an experiment. The pics are the plants a little over 3 months i believe and are budding already. I guess my question would be... What should i do now pertaining to the plant on the left? It seems as if the plant on the right is feasting on it... which is fine, but i don't want it to turn hermie and ruin the plant doing better. Any and all advice would be warranted. Thanks.

I hope your in a legal state, because it looks like there out there for the world to see, your plants look fine but next time I would give each one it's own space.

Lol, i live in California... and am 100% legal. I chose that area because of the sun only being able to hit it for 8 hours out of the day... I agree on the separate space... i just wasn't expecting it to do all that well. Thank you for the advice.... you dont think the one on the left should be cut?

At this stage of the game? no, just leave em be...if they were just getting ready for stretch...then I would have cut one, but not now.

I just reread your post...you put them there because ...it only receives 8 hr of sun per day...do you have an area with more sun????? if so, why the more shaded area?
Are they still in the pot and the pot is buried?

I live in south central, so the extreme weather flux from day to day i knew would be too much. On the side where i put them it's almost climate controlled ya know. They get 8 hours of direct sunlight, then whatever light is left throughout the rest of the day... its not pitch black after 8 hours or anything. Light isn't my worry... just the plant on the left not being as far along as the other when they were planted together. I'm afraid it will turn hermie because of the stress from the other plant feasting on it lol.
