search Bio-Bizz grow + bloom, pretty reputable and 100% organic.
also, if you're feeling eccentric, go for the Canna Terra range, flores and vega.
for the grow and bloom together it's about $40, afew more for the Canna.

by the sounds of it, it would be hard for you to get hold of them, but check out some nutrient free grows, where they only use the initial nutrients in the soil all through the grow, and compare these with some grows with nutrients. they will dramatically increase your yield.

if you can't get your hands on those, you want to go for any vegging nutrient with a 1:1:1 NPK value, the ideal is 20-20-20, so if you find, say a tomato plant nutrient with 5-5-5, then simply multiply the strength by 4.

for flowering you'll want something high in phosphorous, so about a 10-30-20 NPK value, find something with roughly a 1:3:2 NPK ratio and multiply as needed.

remember 1/4 strength nutes in the first few weeks of using them.

ya its al foil... the bookcase its in is black so thats the cheapest fix i could think of.. light wise i have a well its 23watt CFL equivalent to 100watt? idk i never understood that bulb stuff and i know i know its not a very powerful light its in one of those garage aluminum things idk what theyre called it amplifies and directs the light i guess? seems to be working... ive got it about 10-12inches above the plant..

bring the light about 2 inches from the plant, otherwise it may start to stretch.

that is one of the advantages to cfl growing, their low heat output enables you to place them very close to the plant.

thats what i was wondering if i could bring it that close without hurting the plant.... any help with the proper amount of water in ounces? i let the soil almost completely dry out before i water it again usually once a day or so...

the first inch or so of soil should be basically dry to the touch, then you water.
because your soil doesn't have perlite or something to help drainage in it, be wary of over-watering.

also, tear down that tin foil and replace it with matte white paper.
