First plant need to know when to harvest?

First successful female grown, been just about 8-10 weeks of flowering and I would like some input on whether or not its ready to harvest or close? It is Super Silver Haze, its only that short cause i topped it, lots of red hairs. I just am worried to cut it down if its not ready.. Would really appreciate some expert advice, as i am a novice at growing.
