Around $125 each for the 50mm panels, altogether the room cost me about $2400 including the aluminium extrusions, hinges, locks and mastic.how much per sheet of that refrigeration paneling?
That's pretty good manAround $125 each for the 50mm panels, altogether the room cost me about $2400 including the aluminium extrusions, hinges, locks and mastic.
Yeah, at first I was looking for someone to supply and build the room but the cheapest quote I got was around 4k, so I thought fuck it, how hard can it be, and built it my self, hahaThat's pretty good man
Ya seriously I spent 2500 then like another few hundo here and thereYeah, at first I was looking for someone to supply and build the room but the cheapest quote I got was around 4k, so I thought fuck it, how hard can it be, and built it my self, haha
This system looks so nice and there's so much room to walk around and such, the only thing i dont like is that i'd have to bend down or get on my knees. But it looks so simple. and i love simple.Update: So this week I've hit what looks like some kind of deficiency (Look Here) but I'm hoping it will sort itself out, also, I was stupid and left the co2 off for 2 days but they dont seem to have taken any harm from it.

Cheers,
I use Canna Rhizotonic for rooting I defoliate aggressively after stretch and have done for years (any who want to bash defoliating, don't do it in my thread please, just leave me be). I'm not sure when I'm going to flower yet, I was planning on a 21 day veg so I'll see how they go over the next week.Looks good. Should benefit from a root booster. Do you have any plans as far as thinning the plant goes? what height do you want to enter flower at?
Thanks, what you have said is actually my plan and part of the reason I decided to use the autopots in this room as apposed to building my own system which would have been cheaper but would not have given me the mobility this setup gives. This system looks so nice and there's so much room to walk around and such, the only thing i dont like is that i'd have to bend down or get on my knees. edit: yeah i'd run a bunch of the same pots in veg, and just do perpetual harvests, just take the pot out and throw in ur new pot, for perpetual harvests!!! LOOKS GOOD MATE!!!
Welcome to the RIU. Actually that is not true, the optimum temperature when using cO2 enrichment is between 32-35°. When you're optimising a closed system system like this it's important not to focus on only one aspect of the environment. Yes, light intensity is important, but temperature and humidity are just as important to ensure optimum growth. Why should you want to have your room at 32-34 degrees? Even though using co2, best is not to run at temps higher then 30 degrees. Light intensity is all that matters in relation to higher concentration co2, not temperature.

I'm not sure I understand what your saying, what problems? Speed is what I'm going for the increased temps help increase plant metabolism, the biggest downside of this is an increase in humidity which I'm not worried about due to the AC and dehumidifier.Thank you
I do not agree. Temps like that maybe speed up growth, but in flowering stage it just has more disadvantages. All processes in the mj plant above 32 degrees speed up so fast, which is, even for (commercial) growers who arent doin things for the first time, not in your favor.
I think he is trying to speed up his vegging state, trynna cut off at least a week off of veg times. so he has no problem popping the co2 and increasing the temps. my suggestion for getting the heat up is just to throw a heater in with a timer, and just toggle with that.Thank you

Yeah the humidity should be at least 60% which shouldnt be too big of a problem, popping co2 and having a COMPLETELY sealed room should have that down no problem. and if anything just mist ur plants with water if your humidity isnt quite there. i have a shit load of fans so my humidity is actually low, im at 82-84F with co2.I'm not sure I understand what your saying, what problems?
