First Sakaz Grow

i started to grow in wardrobe.My seeds are 4 california orange bud feminaized.all grow in soil.For phase 1 i use one luminiscent lamp 250w.is this good lighs for this.for phase 2 i think to use 400w natrium bulb?soon i will post pictures....sorry for my bad english !!!!!!!!!!!!!1

if u use a reg luminescene bulb they will just strech and die get some floros....

mans is good to change a lamps for 2-3 hours.i stiil have a problem whith heat of 400w lamp and have to look the plant in every 10 minutes dam.But whith my floourescent lamp they grow very slow.now i use flourescent lamp for 10 hours and 400w for 2 hours is this good for plants?today i have to buy some fans
