well I harvested today, 8 weeks flower, could have gone 9, but i'm going away. Im picking ill get at least 9oz, but prob more like 11-12.
Trichs were about 10% amber, which I quite like anyway.
Ill let you know the end result once its dry in a week.

can anyone tell me why the colas that grew directing under the light were the smallest and the outside ones the biggest?

IMO, because the outside are true "colas" (top of branches), where the inside are 'lower buds' (even though they are level with the canopy). That is what's happening in my scrog, anyway.
I don't know, your Dec 11th pic looks solid though, pretty even buds. Looks awesome!
