First Scrog- Couple of q's and any Tips/Guidance?

I put the screen on late (about a month into veg) and accidently broke a couple of stems when installing so its not been the best start. Ive tried to make the screen as flat as I could though it does bent a little at the edges.

Would love a bit of feedback and if anyone has any tips for me that would be great.

When should I start trimming foliage below the screen? And should I be ok with the distance from the light?

Cheers

Yes, your light seems like its a fine hight right now. And i would say dont worry about trimming under that screen to you fill her up. Watch your temps and humidity levels. Feed her nice and dont over nute her. When she fills that screen up, then trim over a few sessions, and flip her into flower.

Thanks. What time would you leave between each trim session? And how many sessons would you have? I understand it's to prevent too much shock to the plants and I don't want to cause this myself.

600 watt dual spec.

Was planning on beginning flowering just before the edges are filled to allow for that extra growth. I'm not sure if it would be best to change nutes when I change light timings or as I see flowering beginning in plant?

Say wait 3 or 4 days between trimmings. maybe only 3 sessions? Hard to know without seeing. But ya just change to your bloom nutes when you change your light timings.

IMO the holes in the screen should be bigger, more like chicken wire. I would cut the middle of the screen on every other section making them like 1"x2". That way you wont break branches and it will be easier to train. best of luck, looking good.
