First signs of flowering... and nuteburn?!!

Well it's like getting a BJ and then getting kicked in the nuts! Well more like nutes...................

Anyway, the good news.... I've confirmed 3/4 of my plants to be female, the 4th one is a lil' slower - so I'm waiting for it before I confirm. Very excited about this.

The 4th picture is of my camera shy indicas. They are beautiful but a bit slow. I really want to figure out a way how to fit these girls in my grow room after transplanting them into 3 gallon pots before flowering really starts to get underway!

The 5th picture is of the devilish nute burn starting to rear its ugly head. What do I do???? Never had a problem with this before. Some nute background: My plants are about 7 weeks old. They have been fed with generous amounts of Grow Big throughout the last 4 weeks and recently switched over to Tiger Bloom during flowering. I nute'd with 1 TBSP of Tiger Bloom per gallon, about the recommended dosage. Should I flush immediately or what?! I don't want this problem crawling up my plant.

Thanks guys, any comments, concerns or questions are greatly appreciated!!! :joint::joint::joint:

Buming this because I wanna know what the deficiency was. Anybody recognize that? One of my plants is showing early signs of what looks to be the same thing. It looks like a mag deficiency though, does it not?

I often hear people mentioning that problems are due to deficiency. In a way it is correct the plant has a deficiency, but not becuase it is not getting the right nutes.

If you give a plant to much nutes it does not just burn the leaves. It also burns the hair on the roots. The roots use these hairs to get the nutes out of the medium. So when the hairs are burned you plant gets a deficiancy because it cant get that nute out of the medium. So by adding more of the deficiant nute you seem to improve the situation, only for it to get worse.

The key is to get the plant's roots to repair itself. So my flushing you are getting rid of excess. Then you need take your time and let it rcover by slowly giving it weak nutes and work your way up from there. When the roots are repaired your problem will go away.

I find that as soon as you see the very tip of a plant shows slight nute burn, if you back of nutes imediatly then, you wont have this problem. That's how I know when my plants are getting enough nutes. I nute them untill I see the first sign and then I back off a bit.

Same here, i look for the tips to burn, then i back off and ride that edge of disaster to it's glorious end. I'm not saying I'm oh so great, but after a few years you just kinda "get it"

edit--wow old ass thread!! too high this morning! harvested some shit on monday. Quick dryed a quarter and have just been sooooo lit today, sorry.
