First ”stealth” micro grow (75w diy led) - all help appreaciated

I went ahead and bought a ph-gauge for soil, put it in and saw the alarm. 5.5 in both of them at best.

Plant still looked OK yesterday except the normal curling left or right, hooking and cuping.

Decided to go ahead and minor leach/flush to try get the ph up. I went ahead and used 1 gallon of 6.5ph water each. After this the plants started to droop, leaves fell straight down from the middle.

Now its time to dry. Excited to see what they look like today but I wont water until it feels light.

Day 23(?), I think...

Looks like plants have responded to leach/flushing and PH up to 6.2 yesterday. New growth def looks better and feels better. I think it grows like crazy with roots shooting around, new growth under the old branches and so on. I decided to pull the 5000k light and only use 75w 3000k after reading my older posts. Lights are 12" away from canopy but I found people using low driven cobs as close as 4" in flower without burning or bleaching but that has to wait.

Almost wish it would grow more on its height, getting hard to get a good grip of the LST. I want to get the stem around the other side and then flip to flower but the nodes are so close to eachother...

OG Kush looks like... I dont know, a mess. I dont know if it will be smokeable or not, but I will keep it and watch how it looks in flower. If it decides to develop buds I will keep it, or else it have to give room for the other plant.

I did my first pruning today. The plant in the lst the plant into a half circle, or atleast back to the corner it was bent from. I just removed a few new growth sites each that doesnt gonna get lights in the end anyway. I would like it go from 4-5" on the height and then pull it down.

OG Kush is actually looking a little bet better. I saw that it took normal shape on the leaves on the new sites.

I was probably too nice to both on them, but I want to get the height to pull them down before I do too much.

Small update but with some pictures. No watering today, maybe tomorrow.

Small progress on the Blue Cheese, every time I watch them they are sending new growth but only "small ones" from the main stem. Wish it would keep going up instead...

OG Kush almost looks "revived". Finally a leaf with the right appearence, most likely I will not train her any further, just try to get some bud.

Can hardly wait until I flip them into flower, feels like forever but they are not even close to the size I want. I guess they will stretch around 100% and still only like, halfway.

Any idea of why they stay short? Is it a nutrient problem? Nodes are so tight in between while I watch others that have way more inter-node space.

Harvest !

The day has finally come to harvest my first crop, atleast one of them. Never thought I would see this day as Ive thought about growing for years and years.

I think it looks like more than I could get since I had alot of problems during the grow, even had to top everything during flower.

Next time I know better. If this ends up being more than 20g I will be stoked.

That looks to be more than 20g man . Over an oz I'd say but I'm no expert. Good job finishing the grow considering the problems you had
Don't get tempted to clip the buds off of branches too early. Longer it takes to dry better it will taste, just gotta make sure to have some airflow where you're drying

It was. Holy shit, is my reaction.

Ive dried it for 72hr hanging and then 72hr in paperbags, feels pretty dry and stem snaps so put them in a jar today.

I put it on the scale and its 50(!)g. Couldnt believe it, had to re-weight it a few times. Will be interesting to see how the quality is because I think some buds are abit ”airy” but maybe its me not trimming enough.

I think it was a bit dry but I really hope that jars will make it smoother. One plant still in there but it looks way worse, maybe something as filler instead of tobacco haha.
