Sup guys. just want some advice on a set up/gameplan.
Specs: 400w HPS/MH
Tent : 4x4x72
Objective: I wanna grow 2 Autos in with 3 regs. (take the autos out before after 2 months and enter another pair of autos for 2 months.. therefore at the end of 4 41/2 months from seed my rgs will be ready for flower and ive harvested 4 autoflower buds)
can I? basically what i wanna do is this..
Start all 5 plants (2 autos and 3 regs) on an HPS (bc of the Autos i dont want MH) veg my 3 Regs while flower my autos on HPS for 2 months on 18/6 (which is good for my autos) harvest my autos and also put 2 more autos back in for another 2 motnths
harvest my 2nd set of autos as i flipp my regs into flowering after 4-4/12 months, i will be cloning my reg plants a week before i flower.
Flower for 7-10 weeks with my regs.. as my clones prepare in seperate homemade box with CFL lighting..
After i harvest my regs, insert my clones for flowering into the tent.. again cloning my clones before i put them in the tent and flipp them to flower.
repeat..repeat and repeat!
The Big Question:
#1: wil i be vegging my clones for too long? bc flowering is long and ill be waiting to put the clones in the tent with the hps. I figured 5-7 weeks of vegging bc it takes a few weeks for the clones to be ready for vegging anyway. since ill be using CFLs for vegging, its not like the cfl process will be faster. if anything a little slower.
#2: Using an HPS for the Initial vegging of the 3 regs before cloning ok to do?? for 4 41/2 months? will they become monsters? keep in my i do have 6 feet of height in my tent.
will this gameplan work? that is the question.
