Hi Guys,
I've been trying to read and absorb as much on the fourms as I can in preparation to launch a 8000 watt aeroponic medi grow based on a DIY 5 gallon bucket design. I have a 30 plant limit so I'm hoping with 5 gallon buckets, 6 inch net pots and lots of light I can grow some monsters and pull a decent yield. I've run two very small 600 watt soil grows in a tent with very average yields so still very newbish. Heard Aero is the way to go so want to do this up right.
Ive found lots of info on pvc piping design, sprayers, feeding schedules, etc but not a lot of info on how one goes about growing from seed in a aerocloner to 6 inch net pots in buckets.
A lot of people display germinating in rapid rooters then going to 2 inch net pots with hydroton. I would like to go from rapid rooters right to 6 inch net pots with hydroton. Any issue with this? Just bury the rapid rooter around the hydroton and off to the races?
Lastly, Ive read that the bigger net pot size helps produce a bigger plant? Is there any truth to that or is a smaller net pot fine?
Thanks for your help guys!
