Welcome to RIU estrika! I would suggest that you make a thread of your own and invite people to come check it out; it's not nice to jack someone elses thread.

Thanks man. There's not a heck of a lot of difference between 20-4 and 18-6. Obviously the more light plants get the better the growth will be. It's a matter of personal preference. If you're concerned about electricity usage go with 18-6. Over a month that will be 60 less hours of usage. But with autos I'd recommend 20-4 at least because they have short life spans.

As it turns out, these seeds were mislabeled! They were freebies from Attitude so no big deal, but were given 20-4 from the beginning because they were thought to be autos.

Filling in real nice. I am starting to wonder if my NL autos will ever put on buds. When did yours break the soil? Mine did on June 13th and have the same flowering time as yours so I am starting to think mine might be behind.

They were planted June 7 so probably a few days after that. I was under the impression that they were autos because they were labled as such, but turns out they were regular photoperiod seeds!

Ah ok. I see more white hairs everyday but still not any buds. This grow is my first too so it sucks cause I don't have anything to compare it to first hand. When did you realize they were regular seeds and how long did you end up vegging for? I imagine if you found out they were regular seeds early enough you could have tried topping or other training to increase your yield.

Well, I noticed the pistils at about 4 weeks (maybe a bit longer) and I thought that meant they were going to start budding soon. Then a couple more weeks passed and I said something is wrong here, if these were autos I should be seeing buds! So at 6 weeks exactly I turned the lights to 12-12. By that time they were nice and developed (about 2 feet tall or so). They say it takes 1 to 2 weeks after you turn the lights to 12-12 to see buds forming, but mine started forming really quickly (within a week) partly, I think, because I let them veg for so long. If you don't see buds forming soon you may want to think about turning the lights to 12-12. I don't know if you know ripster, but he's really knowledgeable about autos so you may want to ask him for his opinion as well.

Both plants are coming along nicely. The pistils on the Jock Horror are just starting to turn color, but haven't noticed any action on the Bubblelicious yet except for the fact that the buds are getting fatter and frostier. Mmmm, frosty. The main cola on the Bubblelicious is gonna be one nice nug!

There was a lighting accident a while back that broke off the main cola on the Jock Horror as well as several side branches. Super pissed, but we live and we learn.

Here are a couple of bud shots from the ladies on day 32 of flowering.

Just a few more shots here of my Jock Horror and Bubblelicious. Not a whole heck of a lot to report really. They are both doing well, but have a ways to go before they are ready. Still thinking the JH will be ready first. Have been examining both under a 30x scope, which is great for looking at a lot of triches at once, but just ordered a 60x-100x scope for a better closeup.

Just passed 5 weeks of flowering so I'm thinking I have at least another 4 or 5 weeks left. As you can see the plants are still very green so health doesn't seem to be an issue, but the buds still have a lot of fattening up to do.

Have been using a one-part flowering nutrient from Dutch Master and alternating waterings with Humboldt Ginormous and Honey Hydro Carbs. Plan on flushing with Humboldt Royal Flush when the time comes, but like I said, that's a ways off! Waiting is hard!!
