I have two mother plants im getting ready to clone Cheesiel(left) and Pakistan Valley (right)

I will be cloning next week and would like to know everything I need to know before doing so. If you guys could just start naming off some key points to cloning that will be great because any advice right now is helpful and hopefuly this thread will help others as well. Thank you!

I did my 1st clone in peat, using a root hormone, regular tap water and a Tupperware in only indirect sunlight. Worked like a charm. Planted with thick roots in under 8 days. I scrapped my stem a bit with a razor too, and made sure to get 2 full nodes into/under the peat puck. You can see my experiment here: https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/664659-mideast-balcony-indoor-combo-track-2.html#post9321169

Wishing you the best, only advice I can give personally is what worked for me.. I didn't get too fancy. Rockwool I have read requires PHing first, and some add nutrients etc... Way too complicated for me, just more places to screw up.

The aero cloning device you have/will have works fine. Aerocloners are available even on ebay. They are about $65. for a 25 site machine. I stopped using gels and powders because it only clogs the manifold in the bucket. The trick is to keep the spray real fine and make sure all the cuttings get wet. The plants create their own hormone. So you don't even need it.

First off those are some good looking girls right there. :weed:

Although I don't believe I see any additional nodes in this picture. They look like single cola plants and you're going to have a bitch of a time cloning a leaf.

If I am wrong, I would still recommend them to be a bit bigger before cutting.

Other then that you need to ask some questions. You picked out a cloning kit based off of information, understanding and plans that you already have. Expand on that and allow us to fill the gaps you have with information you want.

There are many methods, all work just as well as the next to the person it works best for.

If you would like to read one of many methods; you can read the defoliation thread in my sig for a short discussion on cloning.bongsmiliebongsmilie
