im not sure, i dont have a meter, how do you make the humidity go up or down?
you go to target or walmart and buy a 20.00 humidifier and turn it on high! You have to have very high humidity or clones won't make it. When I clone, I run my clones under a 7" dome for 10 days at 100% humidity. I run a total "oakie" rigged hose from the humidifier into the dome - this keeps the dome at 100%, (you can see the "white smoke" inside the dome)... after 10 days or so, I take the dome off for 20 minutes.... if the clones are still standing and not droopy, I'm good - - I leave the dome off for another 2 hours... if still no droopy, my clones are rooted and then I start checking under the rockwool cubes... then you can lower your humidity to about 60-80%. This is just my way, many different people have many other ways that work too. But - one thing we all have in common is that you have to have HIGH humidity for clones, or your loss rate will be high. Good luck casey.
Edit - if you don't have a dome, and are growing in a cabinet - that's okay, just set a humidifier inside the cabinet and turn it on. A hygrometer will measure humidity.... here's a pic of mine (61% humidity - my plants are 31 days into veg), hygrometer costs about 25 bucks at the hydro shop.

Those clones look too dry. 5 days later and I was hoping to get an update. :) Hope all went well.... I end up tossing a lot of clones. I now have a 7" dome and a heating pad for my next attempt

they were dropping because you didnt remove enough of the leaves from the clone you took, thats all. I use the same dome and the same peat plugs. My dome does have three adjustable vents but for the first three or for days u want to have near 100% humidity. I dont know about rigging up hoses and buying humidifiers, i just put the tray of clones under a t-5 cool blue and on top of a general hydroponics heating mat and thats it. you can remove more of the fan leaves pulling down on the little clone. Snipping the tips of the remaining fan leaves also aids in keeping them standing straight up. You only need to leave a couple small leaves at the top as light receptors. Always try your best to take your clones from the bottom of your mothers. after a week i introduce them to a half dose of House and Garden Root Stimulator. By then you want to open up the vents of the clear dome and have some fresh air exchange.
