I use ~2-3 golf ball size lava rock in the bottom ~ 3/4 of the grow pot (Air Pot/6" net pot) and cap with river/ornamental rock. The smaller RR blocks light penetration + helps stabilize the plant when young. See my 21st Century Drip/Spray thread for details

WHATS UP RIU! things are looking good, other than the last seed that wont germinate, but hey that's what cloning is for right ? yepyep ill have pictures this morning ! We got some white roots too so ill be back with an update

third week from seed i believe and almost two weeks from two leaves .....
BOTH GIRLS

1ST WWXBB . .with some roots reaching the bottom of the resevoir

2nd girl just a lil behind the first with no significant roots showing ...YET

the others you see sprouting there are going into some SOLO cups with some peatmoss and later transferred outdoors

Im growing WW x BB aswell. 5 Weeks veg, on the first week of flower in DWC. Theyre stretch in flower is crazy! Im doing a scrog and the screen went from 25% - 80% full in less than a week! Link is in my sig.Ill be watching your grow!

Just growing mommas right now, still waiting to top then need to flower the tops make sure no nuts ect..nothing worth seeing yet lol

i figure since it was twelve twelve when it was outside a couple month ago ill put it in the veg 18/6 with the others and if it revegs' ill do clones if not hopefully it will have some seeds. buds look compact and it smells fruity.

if light stress doesn't work ill try to get some giberellic acid ac3 to make fem seeds. you spray the plant or part of the plant with it and water for a period of 5 to 10 days and it will force it to seed
.

I hope you are ready for the mess that is coming your way. Pollen does not have an expiration date. It does not die. You need to wipe every surface after your plant hermies. If not, you will find seeds in future harvests.

I've heard pollen is pretty short lived, especially so in the presence of moisture.
