first time grow ? about sexing

I am growing these outdoors with a mg soil mix with manure and humus I am feeding it nuwts i am using alaska fish emulsion but plan on switching to earth juice grow and earth juice bloom and also earth juice microblast.I do not have the best weather where i live . and im trying the best I can .However I was wondering if my plant has the little 2 hairs/just hairs no balls / on it by the nodes then is it correct to assume it is a female or do I have to give it 12/12 to find out.

Are the hairs white? If so, its a girl. You can see PREflowers without going into 12/12, usually about 2 months into your grow. Good luck.

your rite i looked it up and saw a picture and thats what it is i dont know how old this plant is though it was given to me.
