First Time Grow Advice on Setup and Yellow Leaves

What's up guys. First time grow. 400 watt mh (2 ft away). Ph for both is around 7-7.2 . Temp : 84. Humidity: 45. Planted seeds Feb 18th under 2 (23 watt cfl) came up and looked very healthy. Moved them to 400 watt mh March 11th. I have not used any fertilizer my entire grow. Just tap water. They are in a 100% organic seedling starter jiffy mix.

Started noticing recently that the bottom leaves on one of the girls have turned completely yellow and the top leaves are light green and have some brown. The other plant looks great and healthy although and i have treated them the same.

My plants are about 2 months old and are 2 inches tall. Strain: Bubbleicious from nirvana

Questions : Why are the leaves yellow brown and light green (N deficiency?) Why are they so short? Is it normal for the plants to be 2 months in and look like this? I feel like they are growing pretty slow...

Any advice is much appreciated

Thanks!

Those are amazingly small for 2 months. Looks like they aren't getting enough/any nutrients. Plants need 3 things to photosynthesize. Food, water and light. Figure out which one it's lacking and fix. The yellow one is clearly using it's own nutrients to survive and it's not focusing on growing. The other one probably isn't too far from that stage.

Your ph is way too high ( 7-7.2 ), idealy it should be in the 6.5 range, I'll bet that's your problem.

pretty sure its the jiffy mix if it has time released ferts in the mix. See if you can get a small bag of black gold or fox farms and re-pot those. only water till they get bigger.
