Right after hours of reading up and making vital notes im starting my first grow.
I have germinated my WW seeds and they have just been put into 1 inch rockwool cubes and ready to go under fluorescent lighting. I have read a few different opinions to the questions i have so i just need a little clarification from some one with the experience i dont have.
I am running a drip feed system to the plants in rockwool (when they get big enough) and then putting them into clay pebbles. Im hoping to veg until roughly 18 inches then flower to achieve roughly 3ft plants. In my flowering room im going to use 2 1000W HPS Lights complemented by CFL Lights (Red Spectrum) down the sides of the girls to give the lower areas more light, Both my grow rooms are mylar lined for maximum reflectivity. I will be runnig fans for air movement and a quality carbon filter to keep the smells down once in flowering. I have my PH Tester, PPM Meter etc also.
I will be using canna grow nutrients for veg & then flowering with BIG BUD as my Booster for flowering. I will also be using De-ionised water. Hopefully this will help answer my questions.
1) When is best to start with the nutrients?
2) At What Strength should I start the nutrients? (1/4 strenth??) How Many PPM??
3) When should I increase the amount of nutrients (I will be changing my res out every week or should that be every 2 weeks?)
4) By how much should I increase the nutrients?
5) At what point can I clone?
6) Then at what point can i flower one clone of each plant to determine sex?
7) What PH Should my water be to water the seedlings before i start with Nutrients?
Can I use Tap Water that has been aged 3 Days or so instead of De-ionised water or a mixture of both to keep costs down
