ok, so i have decided that i dont really wanna deal with dealers anymore, so i decided to start growin my own. due to the need of being somewhat discreet its a closet grow using cfl's ive read several stickys here an other websites. so i have the seeds germ. and everything now i need to get them under light, which one of these lights would be better? http://www.homedepot.com/Lighting-Fans-Light-Bulbs-Compact-Tube-Fluorescents/h_d1/N-5yc1vZ1xr5Zar0o/R-100663844/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053 this says it replicates all the suns color outputs, so im guessing equal amounts of red an blues. where as this is just a bright white light http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?recordId=2034&List=List&storeZip=47904&state_1=&langId=-1&store=&storeCity=Lafayette&rough=Value&productId=100663852&jspStoreDir=hdus&errorViewName=StoreFinderView&city=&storeState=IN&catalogId=10053&catalogId=10053&zip=46923&storeId=10051&distance_1=50 im just asking cause the boxes dont say what the light output rating is an whatnot, thanks for reading this long ha. toke up

When they say daylight they are 6500k which is for veg and when they say soft white they are 2700k for flower. Although a mix is needed for both. How many plants you have will determine the wattage you need but a min of 150w actual (not equivalent) to start.
