Well first off I would suggest you change your username, I mean its your choice but when I noticed it I immediately thought, "WOW, how crass, must be a juvenile delinquent" regardless of your age or the kind of person you really are that kind of username will cause people to judge you, you'll get the best responses/help if you come across as respectable and mature, just FYI and again its YOUR CHOICE! (Just PM a Moderator if you decide to change it, the sooner the better) Second, if you have little or no experience with growing I would suggest you get a grow guide/bible, there are many to choose from but personally I like "Growing Elite Marijuana" by Ryan Riley (-->CLICK HERE<--), since your using CFL's I would also recommend "Buds For Less CFL Book" by SeeMoreBuds (-->CLICK HERE<--) Not sure exactly what you meant by "I bought some bloom off ebay for the ph levels", while more and more nutes these days do contain PH stabilizers you typically don't use bloom nutes to adjust PH, generally you would use a PH meeter, test your water/nute solution and then adjust accordingly with PH up or down. There are MANY other suggestions I could give but I believe you should read a grow guide first and then get back to us with any questions you still have, the grow guides I linked to will explain things a lot better than I could, good luck.

Thanks and just so you know its just an old xbox name and username I use really for anything non professional but your probably right. Def not a juvenile or young gun though. I have ready so much crap on this before I started its just a bit diff when your actually doing it then what people say you should do before starting. The bloom is just a ph level monitor I didnt need to buy I just got antsy and wanted nutes but come to find out there was a hydropomics place by my house that I got somw fox farm for the veg cycle. I basically want to know if my plants look right for 2-3 weeks of veg only 5 days under the cfla so far though. Also what to do to keep them short if possible and how much they should be watered. I am sticking to the 24 hours of light right now. So do they look right....is the 24 hours okay....how much should they be watered....and how do I keep them under 3ish feet

firstly I wouldn't put more than one plant in one container. Those containers are fairly small to carry through flowering and when if you decide to transplant you're going to run into major issues with multiple plants in one container. As for keeping your plants under three feet. I would read this thread front to back. https://www.rollitup.org/subcools-old-school-organics/542308-main-lining-thread.html Growing a mainlined plant will keep them very short while producing a lot of bud.

Okay thank you. I Ionly have two in each until I can figure out males and females because I dont have a lot of room in my grow space for bigger pots yet. There like 3 gallon buckets
